How can I pay?
We offer several payment methods:

- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted via Stripe
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted via PayPal - PayPal
- SEPA Direct Debit via PayPal
(You do NOT need to have a PayPal Account to pay via Direct Debit with PayPal.) - If you prefer prepayment, please contact us at steffi(at)pepmeup.org.
When you select your payment option, you will be redirected to our partner's payment environment.
Please note that all prices are including VAT but excluding shipping costs.
Do you ship worldwide and what are the shipping and packaging costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
The shipping costs depend on the products that you choose. Please just add the products that you are interested in, enter your address and continue to checkout to calculate shipping fees.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 25€. Just enter the code "FREESHIPPING" during checkout. Please note that it is not possible to combine multiple discount codes.
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship your order within 24 hours with the German post and keep you informed about possible delays. You will receive a notification e-mail once we've sent out your products.
If you didn't hear from us and didn't get your order 15 working days after payment, please contact us.
I didn't receive an e-mail confirming my order. What should I do?
Once you completed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive this e-mail, please check your spam/junk folder.

How can I return or change my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, contact us and return it within 14 days of receipt for a replacement copy or a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost for returning the goods unless the product is faulty or we delivered it to you in error.
